Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Delivery
You can expect your delivery within 4 to 5 working days. Once your order is ready, we courier them to you next day, for ultimate fresh goodness.
If you are ordering a gift box which you would like by a certain date, such as for a birthday, you can let us know at the checkout so we can do our best to ensure it arrives just on time.
Allergens
Multiple allergens are handled in our kitchen and therefore where there is a risk of an allergen being present. For more information, please see Allergen Information.
When will I get my order?
- Your chosen brownies, individually served in protective boxes to keep them safe on their travels.
- A flavour card with Allergen Information.
- A Personalised Gift Message (if you select one).
How long do they keep?
Our brownies are prepared one order at a time and sent by next day delivery so they arrive as fresh as possible.
They're best eaten immediately but will stay fresh for up to a week if you store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Prefer your brownies fudgey? Pop them in the fridge! Prefer them warm? Pop them in the microwave for 15-30 seconds and top with a dollop of ice-cream. Yum!
