The following forms the Terms and Conditions between Becca Bakes and each legal person visiting www.beccabakes.co.uk (the 'Site') and/or purchasing goods and/or services from Becca Bakes. Becca Bakes reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of the latest version.
All orders must be placed via our website, with full payment required at checkout.
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or other couriers typically within 5 working days. While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Becca Bakes is not liable for postal delays or damages caused during transit.
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, returns are not accepted. If an order has not yet been prepared, Becca Bakes will refund up to 95% of the purchase price on cancellation of an order. If an order is cancelled after Becca Bakes has started to process it, then except in exceptional circumstances and at Becca Bakes sole discretion, no refund will be available. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, and we’ll try to resolve it.
Our products contain allergens, including (but not limited to) wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we strive to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please contact us prior to placing an order should you have any questions or need to make us aware of any dietary requirement.
Becca Bakes is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by consuming our products, including allergic responses. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from website downtime, data errors, or external factors beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Becca Bakes limits its liability for direct or indirect damages, including loss of business, income, or goodwill.
If any of these Terms or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our Site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The Becca Bakes website (Site) is provided for informational and ordering purposes only. Users must not misuse the Site by introducing viruses or engaging in unauthoried access or using the site for any prohibited purpose. All content, including images and descriptions, is protected by copyright and cannot be used without permission.
